This is the privacy policy for signed.trade, including the Signed blog at signed.trade/blog. We try to keep it short and accurate — if anything below stops being true, we’ll update this page and bump the effective date.
What we collect
We collect as little as we can while keeping the site running.
- Waitlist signups. When you join the waitlist, you submit your email through a Google Form. That email is stored in our Google Forms / Google Sheets account so we can email you when the platform opens. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties. Google processes the form according to Google’s privacy policy.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically collects basic request logs (IP, user agent, response status, timing) to run and protect the site. These are governed by Vercel’s privacy policy. We don’t pull these logs into a marketing system or tie them to identities.
- Outbound links. When you click an external link (Instagram, X, TikTok, the waitlist Google Form, Vercel, etc.), the destination’s own privacy policy applies. We can’t see what you do once you’ve left.
What we don’t collect
- We don’t run third-party advertising trackers.
- We don’t set cookies that identify you across sessions. The blog is static — there’s no account, no login, no preference state.
- We don’t sell email addresses, ever.
Children
Signed is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights
If you joined the waitlist and want your email removed, send a message to signed.trade@gmail.comfrom the address you signed up with. We’ll remove you from the list within a reasonable time and confirm it’s done.
If you’re in the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with a statutory data-access regime, you can also use that email to request a copy of what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or request deletion.
How long we keep things
Waitlist emails are kept until the product launches and we send the promised invitation, or until you ask us to delete the entry, whichever comes first. Server logs are retained per Vercel’s defaults.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes (e.g., introducing analytics or a third-party tracker) will be called out in a blog post so readers actually see them.
